16 febbraio/ Milano/ No Cpr
Arci Lombardia è tra le promotrici della manifestazione del 16 febbraio (ore 14,30 Piazzale Piola Milano) contro razzismo, fascismo e negazione dei diritti umani. Il 16 febbraio saremo in piazza, di nuovo a Milano per continuare a costruire insieme l’opposizione dal basso all’apertura dei Centri di Permanenza per il Rimpatrio (CPR), a partire da quello di via Corelli a Milano, e alle politiche razziste e repressive che hanno trovato la loro massima espressione, oggi, nel DL Salvini.
● Sarà un corteo che intende snodarsi per le vie e il quartiere che abbiamo già attraversato il 1 dicembre, un’altra tappa di un percorso di allargamento che vuole parlare alla città, fatto di azioni che coinvolgano i territori e che tramutino in fatti e pressione sulle istituzioni i punti di rivendicazione contenuti nell’appello elaborato, condiviso e pubblicato dalla Rete Mai più Lager – No ai CPR.
● Vogliamo porre l’attenzione sulla molteplicità dei risvolti che il DL avrà sulle vite di tutte e tutti (che richiede ferme prese di posizione e provvedimenti concreti alle amministrazioni territoriali, modifiche legislative e inversioni di rotta al governo centrale, e sovvertimenti delle politiche migratorie alla UE), e non solo su temi strettamente di immigrazione.
● Una data che impone peraltro di non relegare l’intervento della Rete, anche per il prosieguo, al solo tema del CPR, e tanto meno solo a quello di Milano, inducendo ad avere invece orizzonti più ampi e sfidanti. E ciò avrà riflesso anche sull’iniziativa del 16 febbraio, che non avrà come meta via Corelli.
● Durante l’assemblea generale del 19 gennaio, abbiamo siglato un patto di unità e responsabilità collettiva: decine e decine di realtà sono arrivate da tutta Italia per rilanciare con vigore la necessità di una strategia di lungo termine in cui convergano le energie e le intelligenze che si sono già espresse e quelle che si stanno attivando, anche in altri ambiti, apparentemente distanti.
Dalla discussione è scaturita una ferma volontà di interporsi con proposte, voci, azioni legali e non solo, con una mobilitazione diffusa e continua, una resistenza civile su più livelli e in più ambiti, che si intersechino con le tante altre in giro per l’Italia.
● Non c’è più spazio per le ambiguità, è tempo di scegliere da che parte stare, e noi abbiamo scelto: stiamo dalla parte dei diritti, delle persone migranti, e non solo.

Le 16 février, nous allons manifester, encore à Milan, pour continuer à construire ensemble l’opposition du bas à l’ouverture des Centres de permanence pour le rapatriement (CPR), à partir de celui de Via Corelli à Milan, et aux politiques racistes. répressives qui ont trouvé leur expression plus haute, aujourd’hui, dans le Décret Loi Salvini.
● Ce sera un cortège destiné à parcourir les rues et le quartier que nous avons déjà traversés le 1er décembre, une nouvelle étape d’un élargissement qui veut parler à la ville, fait d’actions impliquant les territoires et qui se transforment en faits et en pressions sur les institutions les points de réclamation contenus dans l’appel élaboré, partagé et publié par le réseau Mai più Lager – No ai CPR .
● Nous voulons nous concentrer sur la multiplicité des implications que la Loi aura sur la vie de tous et toutes (ce qui nécessite des positions fermes et des mesures concrètes pour les administrations locales, des changements législatifs et bien sûr des inversions pour le gouvernement central et des subversions des politiques migratoires vers l’UE. ), et pas seulement sur des questions strictement d’immigration.
● Une date qui impose d’ailleurs de ne pas reléguer l’intervention du Réseau, même pour la continuation , au seul problème des CPR, et pas seulement à celui de Milan, ce qui mène à des horizons plus vastes et défiants. Et cela se reflétera également dans l’initiative du 16 février, qui n’aura pas pour destination Via Corelli.
● Au cours de l’Assemblée Générale du 19 janvier, nous avons signé un pacte d’unité et de responsabilité collective: des dizaines et dizaines de réalités sont venues de toute l’Italie pour relancer avec vigueur le besoin d’une stratégie à long terme dans laquelle convergent les énergies et les intelligences déjà exprimées et celles qui s’activent, même dans d’autres domaines, apparemment distants.
La discussion a abouti à une volonté ferme d’intervenir avec des propositions, des voix, des actions légales et pas seulement avec une mobilisation généralisée et continue, une résistance civile à plusieurs niveaux et dans de multiples domaines, qui se croisent avec les nombreux autres partout en Italie.● Il n’y a plus d’espace pour les ambiguïtés; il est temps de choisir de que côté prendre parti, et nous avons choisi: nous somme du côté des droits des personnes migrantes et pas seulement.

● We wish to focus on the multiplicity of the implications that the DL will have on the lives of all and everyone (which requires firm positions and concrete measures to local governments, legislative changes and inversions of course to the central government, and subversions of migration policies to the EU ), and not only on strictly immigration issues.
● A date that requires not to relegate the intervention of the Network, even for the continuity, to the only CPR issue, and not alone to the one inMilan, leading to instead have broader and challenging horizons. And this will also be reflected in the initiative of February 16, which will not have Via Corelli as a destination.
● During the general assembly of January 19, we signed a pact of unity and collective responsibility: dozens and dozens of realities have come from all over Italy to vigorously re-launch the need for a long-term strategy in which the energies and intelligences converge which have already expressed themselves and those that are being activated, even in other apparently distant areas,. The discussion resulted in a firm will to interpose with proposals, voices, legal actions and not only, with a widespread and continuous mobilization, a civil resistance on several levels and in multiple areas, which intersect with the many other entities all over Italy.
● There is no more room for ambiguities, it is time to choose which way to stay, and we have chosen: we are on the side of rights, of migrants, and not only.
